PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training is the ultimate investment in your health! Work 1 on 1 with your coach to fully customize a program tailored around your goals. Having the focus solo on you allows for your trainer to optimize your program to effectively balance your energy and maximize your results. We offer 45 minute or 60 minute sessions which include individual programming, nutritional advice and coach accessibility.
GROUP TRAINING
Don’t want to take this journey alone? Bring a friend or two and enjoy the motivation of having a friend, spouse or family member push the boundaries of their fitness right alongside you. Grow and conquer your goals together while still feeling confident that you’re getting the attention needed to make sure you’re practicing proper form and preventing injuries. We offer 45 or 60 minutes sessions with the workouts more focused on circuits and resistance training.


KIDS & SENIORS TRAINING
Motion is lotion and everyone needs to move. Whether you are young or older, staying active and keeping the body well lubricated is the key to sustaining a healthy and injury free lifestyle. We offer 30 minute workouts focusing on each person’s individual needs, fitness level, capabilities, goals and enjoyment. Workouts may compromise of a combination of functional movements, form education, circuit and resistance training as well as fun!
